B.D.A.N. (Brothas Drinks and Nachos) is an inclusive multi-city community-based organization which consists of a diverse group of men from various backgrounds and cultures who come together in a meaningful way to speak on a myriad of work/life balances in a cohesive environment which welcomes opinions which are geared to encourage a supportive role in the lives of the individuals and the group as a whole.  Furthermore, we extend our combined energies in a positive light to become active partners in our communities as a whole by offering our skillsets in an effort to effect positive growth and change through voluntary methods which can include lasting partnerships.  The intent of B.D.A.N. is to create a nucleus which encapsulates the needed conversations that encourages the support and empowerment of our members and to extend that awareness through a myriad of community-based events on a macro level.  We hold ourselves be non-judgmental, we will agree to disagree, find comfort, recognition and solace in the worthy narratives of our fellow brethren.  We come as individuals but find strength, character and integrity in those that join our groups.
